Coaching within a Framework
My approach is based on a framework consisting of the Eight (8) Dimensions of Wellness, along with an exploration of character strengths and values, as well as S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goal setting.
It’s worth noting that the framework is just that – a framework that is there to guide our coaching sessions – recognizing there’s room to flex based upon the results of our time together.
I host a free 30-minute exploratory call to enable you to get more information about my coaching approach and services and for you to share your needs with me. That allows us time to determine how I might be able to help you and how we can best work together.
